On-time Repayments per Cycle

The report generated will show all repayments of loan amounts that were made within the stipulated period per given cycle.

How to view the On-time Repayments per Cycle Report

To view the on-time repayments per cycle report you go to Loans->Portfolio Reports->On-time Repayments per Cycle Report. A screen that looks as follows will appear:

Reporting date:From the drop down box, select the date on which the on-time repayments per cycle should be printed, e.g., "20/06/2014".
Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

Note that Loan Performer offers the flexibility of displaying the report in different currencies.

Branch Code: From the drop down box, select the branch for which the on-time repayments per cycle report should be generated or tick the For all option to generate the report for all branches.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Portfolio Report Formats .

Click on the OK to generate the on-time repayments per cycle report that will look as follows:

Note that the figures displayed in the table represent the percentage loan repayment per client per cycle, e.g., the "100" for ABALYOGERA, MONICA means that she paid 100% of the first cycle loan.

Click on the Close button to exit.
